skin care help for redensss and acne

So i’ve currently been on ghk for about 5 months and honestly i haven’t seen nothing crazy other than skin tighter and a little glow sometimes.
I was wondering if I was to take azelaic acid %20 cream, will help my skin with the redness?
Also i’ve been told that tretinoin or tazarotene cream is good to pair to help with the acne.
