Never been using skincare products for my entire life. I wanted to try it recently and holy fuck my skin has never been worse than since using these products daily. I was using cleanser and moisturizer twice a day. The only thing it did was giving me acne around the mouth and on some parts of the face too.

I really think it's 100% about what you eat and your genes. Maybe it can help for removing acne scars and stuff like that. But for people like me that already have mid/good tier skin it's only going to make it worse.

99% of the products are juste jew snake oils and useless chemicals that will actually make things worse so you can buy more and more products to try to compensate for it.

The only thing you need is to drink water, eat healthy and do sports. Everything else is pointless.

skin reacts poorly to anything new you introduce to it, it takes weeks to see the effects of new products added to your routine, you can't just try something for a week and then decide it doesn't work.

you can get away with just clearing your face with a gentle cleanser when you're younger, that wasn't any different for me, I'm 30 now though and you will start to deal with collagen loss and wrinkles at this age.

I use a form of matrixyl 3000/argireline in the morning with vitamine c and e that's mixed with hyaluronic acid, and a spf 50+ with niacinamide afterwards.

retinol 2.5% + moisturizer after I shower in the evening.

I’m an oldcel and haven’t used any skin care and regularly get told I look early 20’s.

It’s all about genes and not nuking your collagen by pumping yourself with hormones for a bit of muscle.

It's genes but Niacinamid helped me to make my skin a lot better

you need products if you have bad skin genetics.
