Ceramides are good i u just want your skin barrier protected, but Salicylic Acid is the best at removing excess oil since its deep penetrating exfoliant. Choose any brand u want but make sure these ingredients are there.

Cleansing twice daily is generally recommended (morning + night), but if u want to do it once, do it at night to clean off the oil and pollution from the day. Make sure you're doing cleanser BEFORE ghk-cu

Depends on skin type
But usually look for a low ph non stripping
And yes always moisturise, before bed is best but if you have oily skin you can cleans twice a day
