In dire need of a typical skin care routine. I ordered minoxidil to help grow more than stubble and for eyebrows, and volufiline for under eyes, I’m tryna get my hands on tedalafil but don’t know where to buy it. But I need someone’s morning and night routine, just typical skin moisturizers and shit like that. Yes, I understand gut health is 95% of it and I do eat clean, but my skin still isn’t perfect, just blotchy and slight acne. Any advice?

just so you know, the same skincare products won't work for everyone. make sure you understand your skin type and your needs for skincare, it will make a drastic difference on your results. using the wrong products will do more harm than good. good luck!

most important is to fix gut health.
your skin is an indicator of your health
if youre eating like shit the toxins have to go somewhere and the best place for them to go is the skin since its not as important as your other organs
