Your skin is your LIFE
The Skin is life. It is the MOST obvious failo you could have it literally dictates how people treat you; clear skin is automatic privilege, your obvious skin conditions absolutely hinder your chances for any social interactions, it also gives you deep psychological trauma, makes you a cave dweller, and SKYROCKETS your rate of depression and suicide.
Skin Conditions and Mental illness
I think we all remember having shit skin, for me I literally flinched every time I looked in the mirror and cried every night because of how bad my acne had gotten, it made me wear hoodies in like 102 degree weather because I felt like a fucking animal brutal shit.. so many people I know had gotten bullied relentlessly for their skin and they couldnt do shit about it. NOBODY wants to date or be friends with people who have severe cystic acne; because of this social isolation increases and suicide and depression rates skyrocket.
Collagen
Imagine, you are 14 and you have dealt with cystic acne for like 5 years and you hop on accutane that dries out your skin for months and worsens your liver and mental health and when it clears up you are left with scarring that looks 10x worse than your acne and ages you by like 10 years
STOP COPING WITH KOREAN SKINCARE GET ON ACCUTANE AND THEN MAINTAIN IT WITH A RETINOID (LASER FOR SCARS); BEEF TALLOW + HONEY RICE MASK WONT FIX UR SKIN LOL
