Skin Discoloration

I'm kind of new to looksmaxxing so this might be a retarded question

Why is my nose disproportionately more discolored, it's kind of like a red hue on my nose and it's only noticeable when I'm in bright lighting all over my face, i wouldn't say it looks rosy face. Does this have something to do with my face being oily around the nose area?

Can this be some sort of rosacea? It doesn't look as bad as what the images on google show of noses with rosacea though.

could be hyperpigmentation or some sort of a skin illness idk
