Skin doesn't feel like its improving

I did accutane 2024.

Now im on Tret 0.05 and Azeleic Acid. Getting hydroquonine soon.

But my doesnt feel like its improving at all.

Anyone have a similar issue with any tips.

Accutane cured my cystic acne and most other acne issues. I ran 20 mg 2 months, 40 mg 3 months and 60 mg 1 month. Prescribed by derm

What kind of acne

I dont have any major acne mostly scars and PIE. But i have very tiny red bumps. Its mainly like the skin quality and dullness.
