I need protips ranging from low to high effort techniques

I know that I shouldn't squint and avoid too much sunlight
 
Don't frown. Save yourself $100k in botox down the line.

Use sunscreen on the face when outside. There are matte sunscreens specifically formulated for facial skin.

Don't use harsh chemicals on your face. Use oil based cleansers, alcohol free cleansers or micellar waters with no alcohol.

Eat fatty foods like salmon, olive oil. Eat vitamin C-rich foods. Eat vitamin E rich foods.
Apply tretinoin 2-3 times a week.
Avoid foods with high glycemic index that cause permanent skin glycation.

In other words stop eating potato chips, white bread, candies and ice creams with tons of added sugar.

I didn't know potato chips were weakening my skin
