My skin is so fucked up, I abuse bb cream everyday because of how bad it is. I used to be on accuatne and now I’m on tret 0.05%, clindamycin, and I’ve had two microneedling appointments (1 more in the future). How do I fix my skin further? My acne used to be so severe

Mines the exact same but never had acne. I just have loads of blemishes and clogged pores in the T zone area

I have only tried basic skincare, i am going to try tret but it seems it didnt work for you?

Tret improved my skin quality in mainly one area, which was the smoothness of my face. My face used to be roughy and bumpy from acne scars but now it’s relatively smooth to the touch but the skin hasn’t improved appearance wise
