I cannot use accutane and I’ve been using tretinoin for awhile now

I have a decent face but my skin is genuinely death tier

And I’m 23, it’s not going away at all with age

ive had similar issues as well these are what worked for me
-Topical Clindamycin solution for my acne
- kojic acid, vitamin c serum, salicylic acid cleanser, glycolic acid toner and daily spf 50 helped a lot for my left over pigmentation and texture
My scarring was mild but I used retinol for it, as retinol will boost the skins collagen to promote healing and skin cell turn over

Accutane is the only nuclear solution. If tretinoin doesnt work, then do isotretinoin.

just do a small dosage 10-20mg. ive been doing it with zero side effects. if you get side effects then stop

when i got my prescription i was literally telling my dermatologist i dont give a fuck what side effects i get. and she was like yeah the side effects are all bullshit youll prob just have dry skin and dry lips and thats it. and thats literally all i got and was super easy to fix

Yeah my brother took it and all he had was the dryness issues

I’ll probably try a low ass dose and see how I respond

if you use moisturizer and vaseline you’re chilling. my derm recommended Dr. Dans Cortibalm. (haven’t tried that yet)

Just wanted to add on to this. My lips were dry and split. I used Vaseline Rosy Lips and it healed it within a day. Highly recommend

How long have u been using tret also send picture of skin not all issues are acne, PIE PIA acne scarring hyperpigmentation are all issues that can have different solutions

accutane fucking mogs every other bs on the market. All roads lead to accutane. If u dont wanna take it deal with skin imperfection
