Skin Help with wrinkles/fat idk what it is

Hi guys i need help is my skin lines and wrinkles fat or idk how do i fix this/ repair i just started retinol this week to help but if you guys know let me know. Also i need skin tips if you guys have any i have the strictest diet you can think of for skin and have the most solid skincare routine too so if anything i need to add let me know.
