Title. I used a bunch of retinoids and my skin is extremely dry and irritated and red. I’m about to do my night time routine but I don’t know if I should skip it because I don’t want my skin to burn really badly. What do I do

use it less frequently to begin with then build up to using it more frequently
you should only be using ONE retinoid
take a break, let your skin barrier heal, then start again slowly

just use water and moisturizer till skin isn't inflamed

then get on accutane
