When taking skin lightening supplement and lycopene does it make it counterproductive? As in the astaxanthin and lycopene undonthe work of skin lightening?

dont take skin lightening sups, you're fucking up your skin In the long run, sunscreen vitamin c sleeping at day out a night is your max healthy potential

lyco and astax are good tho for health
