1. Hydroquinone (3%)
   
   
2. Tretinoin (0.02%)
   
   
3. Hydrocortisone Acetate (1%): A mild corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and irritation, enhancing the skin's tolerance to other active ingredients.

How safe is it guys ? and can i hop on it for skin lightening ?
