Saw this thread on a skin lightening forum:

Oligomeric proanthocyanidins extracted from the bark of the French maritime pine Pinus pinaster (FMPBE) have been studied for a long time and demonstrated various phytopharmaceutical applications. The objectives of this study were to assess the cutaneous lightening and anti-ageing effects of FMPBE after 56 days of consumption, in healthy Asian women. The cosmetic efficacy of the product was assessed through various biometrological evaluations. This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled and cross-over study evidenced the safety and efficacy of the 100 mg FMPBE supplementation from 28 days of intake: in comparison to placebo, the skin on pigmentary spots became significantly lighter and less red, skin on the face was more firm and its surface was less wrinkled. After 56 days of consumption, the skin was additionally significantly more elastic and the yellow constituent of the skin decreased on the normal skin.

Taken together, these results proved that FMPBE supplementation can be considered as an innovative approach to skin whitening and anti-ageing treatments. It represents an interesting alternative to topical products and supports the skin from the inside out.

Basically, what I got from the articles I read and the forum is that in combination with bleaching and supplements, this pill can help lighten your skin, make it more even. I know a lot more on skin bleaching growing up in an African family where it's really popular for my relatives to do it so I'll probably post more skin lightening threads for niggas that wanna whitemaxx. The advice on this forum for whitemaxxing is wrong for the most part, but these pills + topical treatment for skin is lifefuel for ethnicels.

This ignores that SMV has a different exponential function against the looks scale by race, as well as the fact that averages mask the impact and DIFFERENCE of the tails in all 3 distributions

In other words while most Asians, Arabs, and Indians cluster around 2-3/10 lookswise, with a smaller propertion in 4-6, and a negligible proportion in the 7-8 range in both, the difference in that negligible proportion for the small amount of ethnics is huge - ie. 0.01% of Asians are in 7-8, compared to as high as 1% of Arabs and curries depending where you are (silicon valley or NYC wil be worse than Miami or Texas because more will be gulf Arabs or Dravidian curries in the tech and finance hubs).

The exponential function difference means that the SMV of Arabs and Indians increases more steeply through the looks range, which penalises Arabs and Indians against rice in the lower range (large number of 2-6 Arab and Indian men are repulsive/offensive/rapey looking and smelling whereas smaller number of ricemen are repulsive there, they are just seen as feminine, weak, harmless) and benefits Arabs and Indian in higher range (7-8 looks Arab and Indian will have way higher SMV than riceman because he's going to be more dimorphic).

Tldr: all the ethnics are shit on average but brown ethnics have a more extreme range meaning an ugly rice is preferred to an ugly brown, but a GL brown is preferred to a GL rice, and this gets more compounded because a brown is 10x more likely to be GL than a rice, but still too small a proportion to shift a perception based on averages
