Skin looking really dry and bad two weeks on reta and test what to do?

My hands look so dry and creased apart from hydration/electrolytes is there anything else i should focus on dialing in

hydrate, personally i make my own cream by using panthenol 5% cream (usually already has white vaseline inside of it) and a little bit of gylcerin, both are dirt cheap and will last you a long time.

And ofcourse if by skin you also mean your face etc then obviously use prescription retinoids oral or topical, isotretinoin or tazarotene.

nah my face skin looks fine (on tri luma currently) i just noticed my hands look old and feel dry
