Why does my skin look so weird, uneven and deformed when I look down? Especially with sunlight from the sun. When looking up it looks normal. 1. pic is while looking down, 2. pic while looking straight. Is this normal?

if you are worried about skin use retinoids, vitamin c serum, and make sure you cleanse moisturize and use sunscreen
