Skin Necrosis after Aqualyx

So a exactly 5 days ago i did an aqualyx session and injected to much into 1 spot (multiple times happened to me like a dumbass) and it created a lump (for all spots that had too much) but this one in particular looks weird asf this was the first spot i did too much in, is this necrosis or will it just fade with time?

No, looks like a bruise, also Aqualyx will not cause skin necrosis it's designed to dissolve the fat membrane not skin or muscle
