How tf can I make my skin fully clear and smooth

I’m struggling with just dull skin, blackheads, new pimples spawning in every couple days or so, and just overall not the desired smooth “retouch” looking skin that I want

Skin isn’t bad enough for Accutane so iv ordered adapalene 0.1 to see if that helps
