Skin on the sole of my left foot is really bad

It's been like this for as long as I can remember and it's not a terrible looksmin but its just annoying. It's constantly peeling and dead especially after a shower.

Is there any at home fixes or I might have to go to the doctor (not ideal as it's not a bad issue)
