I’m on 40 mg acutane so my acne is flared but I have this post-inflammatory erythema in my face that doesn't go away no matter what do I do. And the shittiest part is I have Fitzpatrick skin type 3. So I have a high risk that this PIE shit may convert to hyperpigmentation. That takes like years to go away. And I have tried everything in the book there exists as azelic acid. In higher concentration and in lower concentration. Doesn't do shit. HigherConcentration. Burn the fuck out of my skin. Lower concentration. Doesn't give visible results at all. I mean, it's bloody gigacope. I don't know why the fuck people would recommend it, or it doesn't work for me. Anyways, I tried Oxymetazoline, that vasoconductor, and other vasoconductors. Now, that shit make my marks go away in one day, actually. But the Rebound effect is 10 times stronger. It only makes it worse. And I've tried topical retinoids like Tretinoin and Tazarotene too. Now, they work, but they don't really treat the main problem. They're just supportive elements. Now, these Tretinoids actually make a difference, mild difference. Now, before anyone says laser It's hella expensive, dude. $500 of PDL. And some $100 or $200 for IPL. I mean, I don't have that kind of money, but you should this bloody small. I mean, if I get my acne again, I'm not going to fucking spend that much money. And I'm just going to never spend my money on lasers, actually. They're too bloody expensive. And my PIE is, mild to moderate. Is there any highiq cels that have dealt with this shitty problem. Every thread would be appreciated.
