I’m nearly 16 my skins shit I was on accutane for nearly 2 years then I started using adapelene 0.1 then I moved to tret 0.05 and skinoren 20% then I stopped using skinoren cause my skin barrier was fucked and I recently kinda j fucked up my skin barrier again by being too lazy to do my morning skincare should I go back to differin or should I use tret and skinoren same time and is estriol cream good
