Skin Purging On Azelaic Acid (GTFIH I NEED HELP)

I was using AA for my PIE (Post Inflammatory Erythema) and it’s been tolerated okay for a few days. Today though the PIE spot got wayyyy bigger. Flat but super big red spot on skin. What the fuck do I do?
