skin red under lip

ever since i took accutane ( 2y ago ) my skin is always irritated/reddish especially the skin under my lip

i always moisturize put vaseline / smth for skin barrier there but nothing helps

bro i do like every 1 hour and good moisturizer but it doesn’t help
