Skin reduction or cat eyes theory

Soooooo long story short I saw a research done on organs atrophy from poor blood circulation and lack of nutrients due to compression. What if I use a peg and clip it between my temple beside my eye area. By my theory the skin would reduce, atrophy or tighten through occasional clipping thus raising my eye tilt. I dont have any other options and I'm poor. Please I need some science nerds to confirm if this is plausible so I dont turn my face to dogshit
