Orals and Injectables (most important):
Isotretinoin 20mg (support sups. Loratadine & Fish oil)
GHK-CU 3mg + Zinc
HGH 6 IU
MSM 4000 MG

Microneedling
(I usually microneedle at home but temporarily stopping since i’m starting accutane)

-Upper third(0.75mm)
-Middle & Lower third (1.5mm)

yea that’s kinda the point.

i’m not using HGH primarily for skin that would be more like 2 IUS. improves skin elasticity & and tissue repair. Primarily taking MSM for hair but has some skin benefits.
