Skin schedule

I currently use this for my facial routine:

Topical minoxidil & castor oil - lashes and brows
Topical ghk 1%, hyaluronic acid & random mainstream slop - skincare
Retiniod 2%, niacinamide 10% + zinc 1% & caffeine 5% - undereyes
Bb cream (going out) & tinted spf - frauding

My problem is I don't have a good routine for it, because for example doing retinoid and niacimide + caffeine at the same time burns on my skin, also when combining with bb cream somwtimes, which leads me to think some combinations should be avoided at the same time.

Can someone tell me how I should combine these products in like a weekly schedule with morning/(sometimes)midday/night moments?
 
That's quite high strength retinoid and niacinamide, a lot of peoples skin cant handle it no matter what.

I would try
AM:
  • Cleanse
  • Hyaluronic acid
  • Moisturise
  • SPF
  • BB Cream
PM:
  • Cleanse
  • Retinoid ( try 2-3x per week and not daily )
  • GHK, Niacinamide + Zinc, Caffeine ( On days without retinoid)
  • Moisturise

If you still get irritated then try moisturising before your PM actives, it will dull them a little but reduce irritation.
If this doesn't work ditch the retinoid or go a lower % as that's a lot for your skin, often less is more.
