Skin texture not better

I have been using tret and azelaic acid for 6 weeks now and my skin texture hasnt gotten better in that time i have order isotret will that fix my problem

Because the Results take more then 6 fucking weeks.

Isotretinoin will definitely help with Acne not if you got like Acne Scars tho
