skin thickness

Some people have thick skin like me which sucks for some surgeries like rhinoplasty
We havent really adressed having thick skin and considering surgeries
can you list downsides having thick skin?

one of the side effects is skin thinning that doesn't mean its guaranteed to thin out your skin, plus it might fuck up skin more so than thinning it
