skin thickness has literally very minimal effect on percieved leanness
you are just fat
or have shitty fat distribution

Yeah if everything else fails prob. But thing is buccal fat removal looks like cheeksucking. It doesnt look natural, and we'll look worse in a few years after the procedure

No reduction, in which they don't fully remove it but only reduce it to a certain extent, I'm pretty sure anyway
