Had fucking disgusting skin and these jew doctors kept prescribing me some shitty topicals while i wanted to kms because of how terrible i looked
Luckily i finally got accutane prescribed after a while which cleared the acne.
Now using tretinoin 0.025 and azelaic acid to get rid of the marks and redness

Awesome man, I hate how oral retinoids are so gatekept, even MICRODOSING isotretinoin fucking works with low risk of side-effects as fuck if taken over long enough periods for tons of people. Personally I have been using oral retinol which was what was used clinically before isotretinoin came about and has been used successfully before and it made my skin perfect or close to really lol, plus suppressing the trash hormone DHT, double whammy for dealing with acne! I can barely take oral retinol anymore because the effects accumulated over the past 2 1/2+ years lol, oral retinoids are insanely powerful and effective for acne. Imagine these idiots even prescribe toxic antibiotics that destroy your gut and affect your protein synthesis over isotretinoin, contributes to antibiotics resistance etc??? Wild!!
