Skin undertones

I was wondering if someone can please provide examples of skin undertones e.g red/ tan as Im using MT2 and have heard to incorporate a few supplements for a reddish undertone as a pure tan color may be unappealing. I cannot wrap my head around the difference between an MT2 tan and another but tan with a good reddish undertone and what they look like.

I wasnt asking for supplements mainly what a good underglow looks like on someone and if its beneficial looking into.
