Why does my face looks dull when I apply full skincare like after moisturizing and all, after a few hours, skin looks oily asf and dusky, whereas when I don't apply anything my skin looks much clearer and good

What is your skin type and what products are you using? The moisturiser you're using is prob too thick and not non-comedogenic.
