Does anyone have any tips to fix my skin and eye bags,done everything 3L of water gym cardio no artificial sugar and silk bed and 8 hours of sleep,nothing ever fixed my skin,the goal is clear skin, and I’m 16 rn

diet is like 60% of how your skin will be unless ur on other things

for me the primal diet fixed my acne in 2 weeks

i ate 4 cooked eggs, tall glass of milk, and raw meat or cooked rare (from a farm that treats their animals very well with no steriods or antibiotics)
