Skincare advice?

I'm treating pigmentation with hydroquinone and tretinoin. I work out in the evening and sweat a lot. What's the best evidence-based post-gym skincare routine to maximize results while protecting my skin barrier? Should I use a gentle cleanser or micellar water after the gym? If I cleanse after the gym, do I need to cleanse again before applying hydroquinone at bedtime, or is one cleanse enough?
 
jus sandwich method (1st layer moisturizer 2nd layer tret then another layer of moisturizer on top) and the sweat shouldn't do anything

na if u put ur tret on in the morning and do the sandwich method u dont need to take it off after the gym

Confused afk don't know what to do like rn i cleanse moisturizer post workout then apply hydroquinone tretnion moisturizer at bedtime in evening
