Skincare advice?

okay so i have pretty shitty chin and forehead acne and i got hella freckles. I have tried basically everything over the counter and i litterally wake up with new pimples every morning this shit sucks. I am thinking about starting tretinoin with/or Azelaic acid, but any advice is appreciated. Also like with the freckles i personally don’t like them but idk if it’s a good or bad thing i mean it’s litterally skin damage so idk. It’s mainly genetic too
