Hi guys, im starting to take care of my skin and i need some advices
Im 19, i have peeling skin, dark circles and some other imperfections like button marks

I searched on some french forums and here's my newbie routine :

Morning :

Moisturing CeraVe
and a sunscreen but i didnt really look for it yet

Minoxidil (not for the skin but maybe there are some bad interactions..)

You don’t need to exfoliate w that crap every day. You will ruin your skin.

AM:
(Optional cleanser)
Vit c
Moisturizer (optional)
Sunscreen

PM:
Wash
Moisturize
Tretinoin

Use AHA BHA product 1 or 2 times weekly in evening after washing and don’t use tretinoin the same night.

Apply moisturizer on damp skin. It’s a game changer

Make sure the moisturizer has hyaluronic acid in it

Drink a lot of water
Get magnesium in your diet

too harsh, if you use the ordinary 30% bha everyday you will literally hurt yourself.
Stick to the basics, most important is a mild cleanser, spf 50+ and moisturizer.
just dig into the skincare scene and educate yourself, million of threads already on this forum
