skincare alternatives?

my mom wont let me get ghk-cu for skincare, right now ive been using LaRoche-Posay toleriane for wash, tretinoin 0.5 for acne, and 100% aloe for moisturizer. ive heard things about madeca cream, just wanted to know how i can improve my stack, ive lost all acne, just have uneven skin and some bumpy-ish spots.
