Should I just stop skincare I feel like I’m coping it makes no improvement but I’m scared if I stop then it will make it even worse but I’m using good products with no bad ingredients but should I stop anyway?

i didn't have pimples before and i dont get them only on my forehead like 1 or 2 but i think that's because of my longer hair touching it and disrupting the skin natural oils it i dunno

Yes, it's mostly psuedoscientific, and prioritizing your health will make a much greater difference to your skin than skin care ever will.
