if you ask and research you will find a good moisture and cleanser for yourself , for under eyes vitamin c serum (for the under eyes) not the face can be good , but under eyes cream is for 18+ , not 15

indiamart, tretinoin is a retinoid not a moisturizer, so make sure you research how to use it correctly, and yes you should always use a cleanser and moisturizer, it doesnt really matter which one you pick just dont pick a garbage one and in my experience its best to use ones that arent oil based
