here is a routine I wanna do:
1)La roche possay toleriane Cleanser, moisturizer and eye cream
2) B5 retinoid
3) Vitamin C serum
4)SPF 50+

Do i need to add niacinamide?

feel like most people over do it but mine is:

Cleanser with Niacinamide and hyaluronic acid
salycilic acid (optional x2 a week)
moisturizer
Retinoid (only at night)
SPF 50+

most people with normal skin can use only water and beef tallow

Diet and lifestyle is foundation

I would add an azelaic acid and tretinoin which I use from skinorac along with a la roche posay's cicaplast
