Skincare seems to not work, what do i need more?

Currently using a cleanser and something with 2% salicylic acid. I seem to be getting MORE pimples on my face and i need help to know if i need something more.
I cleanse and put on the salicylic acid every evening and occasionaly i cleanse before and after showers depending if i feel like it. Yes i wash my hands before touching my face

I havent bern very consisent either, but before i used this i used another cleanser and just moisturiser and and it worked perfectly.

Depends on the pimples you have if you have severe agne just get accutane.

Just take accutane and dutasteride or use tretinoin. Cleanser is lowkey cope I stopped using it after I got on accutane and dut bc it stopped making a difference. Moisturizer is mostly what matters.
