Hey everyone,

looking for recommendations for my skincare routine

AM:
Cleanser
Moisturizer
SPF

PM:
Azelaic acid cream 20%
Tazarotene 0.05% (not sure if i should go with 0.1%, because it's will be my first time ever using retinoids)
Estriol cream
Moisturizer

and most important part: where can i get active ingredients (tazarotene, azelaic acid, estriol cream) besides Indiamart or it's only way to easily get them?

Any suggestions?

Thank you!

No nigga NO.
Dont use azelaic acid with tazarotene at the same time !! DONT FUCKING DO THAT WHAT THE FUCK.
Dont use a cleanser in the morning but water.

Am : water, dry face, azelaic acid, wait for absorption, moisturize, sunscreen.
Pm : wash with a cleanser that is moisturizing bcuz u will get dry bcuz of the azelaic acid and tazarotene.
Then apply tazarotene, wait for total absorption, then moisturize and sleep.

Idk where to put estriol tho, never used it.

yes, eu sources are usually just reselling from indiamart. infact like 99.5% of drug dealers resell pregabalin from indiamart lmao

Yes, i am
Eu shipping can be tough. you'd have to use triangle shipping where they ship to UK first where customs dont give a fuck, then they ship to EU and EU always trusts UK parcels. But its worth it as indiamart is so fucking cheap. I literally ordered 60 tret tubes for 37 gbp. Yes i am reselling these

I dont think so, you could put it after tazarotene but then your routine will be long, since you need to wait for total skin absorption of these 2 products since they shouldnt be mixed together or with moisturizer.

Could you please recommend indian vendors?
Beyond care is really good. They have one of the most high ratings 4.9 star and 1337 reviews. Generally you should order from a vendor with a TRUSTSeal badge on indiamart like beyond care has

So, finalized routine

AM:
Water, azelaic acid, moisturizer, SPF
PM:
Cleanser, retinoid, estriol cream and moisturizer

In the beginning i would probably use azelaic acid and retinoid 3 times a week. What about estriol cream? Everyday or what

So as i understand always ship to UK first and then to EU? Would it be easier just order from EU vendors, because i think triangle shipping is kinda expensive tho. I will do my own researches, yall guys are nice, thanks everyone

Only like £20 more in shipping fees but it's worth it since you're saving a shit ton on the products you want and also you can buy more
