Skincare trouble

I've asked every question I really need to know on these forums already but haven't gone over skincare at all. I don't have acne so to speak but these pimples or scars honestly can't tell what they are and how to go about deciding on treatment anyone able to advise

not sure, cant particularly say i shave so far up my cheek, if it was how would i go about dealing with it any ideas?

yeah it kinda looks like mild razor bumps to me
shave lest often and more carefully ig
but ideally get laser hair removal
