[SKINCARE] What type of acne is this? How long do I have to use tretinoin to see improvement?

I've been using tret for 4 days and while its obviously too early to see any improvement, I feel like my acne has literally gotten worse since I started.
What type of acne is this and can tretnoin even fix this type of shit?
Any help would be appreciated because this shit makes me so angry every time I look into a mirror

My doctor told me like 12 weeks or something but I im not buying this shit because there are a fuck ton of people on reddit who had insane results after 2 weeks

Would using tret 2 times a day speed up the results or will it just rape my skin?
Im using 0.05% and I apply quite a lot every night and I dont get much redness or burning so I think my skin can handle it pretty well
