Sounds a bit out there but if you have acne spray a fragrance on your hands and rub it on your face I’ve only tried it with men’s fragrances but I’m sure women’s stuff would work the same, it basically drys out the spots and gets rid of all the oil that makes acne get worse and start in the first place, if you do it for a little bit it can get rid of spots, don’t knock it till you try it
