Need some help if I should switch or/and add anything to my skincare routine.
Note: yes I am pushing my jaw out so not to block it by my headphones

I’ve been using the following routine consistently for the past two months:
• CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser — I double cleanse each time: two pumps for the first cleanse and one pump for the second, both morning and night. It’s very gentle and effective, with no visible downsides.

• Paula’s Choice Clear Ultra-Light Daily Hydrating Fluid SPF 30 — used in the morning only. It has always worked well for me. The only minor downside is that it leaves my skin slightly shinier after application.

• The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% — used in the morning only. The product is effective, though it sometimes causes a mild stinging or itching sensation and can increase shine. Overall, it performs very well.

• The Ordinary Retinol 0.5% in Squalane — used at night only. I’ve been using it almost daily for the past month (about 5–6 times per week), and during the first month I used it around 3–4 times per week. I’ve experienced no redness or irritation, and it has worked very well for my skin.

• The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA — used at night. It has worked very well and provides good hydration with no issues

Can’t seem to be able to answer your dms
“Here are the products i’ve seen people be very satisfied with:

-La Mer's essence foaming cleanser
-Cos de baha glycolic acid 10% serum
-Neutrogena ultrasheer sunscreen
-Biovène barcelona vitamin c 20% serum

You can get adapalene 0.1% gel from any company you like (famous brand name is differin)
Azelaic acid and niacinamide serum is good for redness (apply to whole face but will help for around nose)

accutane

Also make sure ur using a really good exfoliator especially on ur nose, it looks like it needs a proper scrub ideally with those exfoliating gloves and stuff, then maybe something to try remove black heads as that’s what it looks like

CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser
This is fine but La Mer's Essence foaming cleanser has much formulation.
I also recommend adding exfoliating to your routine too; use glycolic acid 10% serum, twice weekly

Paula’s Choice Clear Ultra-Light Daily Hydrating Fluid SPF 30
Using such a heavy moisturizer daily can clog pores and trigger breakouts. I recommend throwing this away and just getting a spf50 pa+++ sunscreen (brand doesn't matter) instead

The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2%
Vitamin c is great but using a suspension formulation delivers weaker penetration than a serum and also is heavier on the skin tissue. I recommend getting a vitamin c 20% serum instead (you'll feel less stinging)

The Ordinary Retinol 0.5% in Squalane
This is a mild formulation which gets you some of the retinoids effect but has almost no adverse effect and is completely safe.
If you had a breakout and pimples started to appear on your face, switch it to Adapalene 0.1% gel

The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA
This is also completely safe and consists of natural components of the skin

Like this post if it was helpful and mark it as solution (it's the check mark on my right)

You can reply with any follow-up questions you have
