Skincells get in here please… help

I’ve been on accutane and I have one month left, one thing that has not gone away no matter the weather or how dry or moist I get my face is how my cheeks get. I’ll attach a picture below. Help would be appreciated. Kind of looks like rough eczema but idk.

Looks like a reaction, maybe there is something else Ur using on Ur face. Could also be from an allergy problem...

Yeah it could be not saying it is.

Actually it probably is because seasonal allergies cause shit like inflammation, hives, dry patches, and itchy rashes. If Ur experience any of these then yknow the cause.
