is accutane + tret overkill or pose any risks. currently i topically apply tret 0.05 nightly and its not quite enough and im thinking of adding accutane. should i just cut out tret or keep both. ill give solution

cut the topical test if you are already on accutane ur face is already producing less oil so all it’s going to do essentially nothing
