firstly ive been on tretinoin 0.1% for the last month and a half which has been ok yk some brutal purges but we move past that, im going to now begin taking isotret/accutane 10mg dosage for the next 6 months along with tretinoin. my logic was kinda ive already purged with tretioin so i assume the purge from just 10mg of accutane wont be the worst, so i plan on using them coefficient for about 3 months until i break off tretinoin and continue isotret for another 3 months.

anyone mirin the plan?

Hope it works. Suppressing DHT can also be very effective for stubborn treatment resistant acne.
